职位描述：
1. participate in system design, and independently implement electronic design and development for delivery of high quality products on schedule. including schematics design, bom generation, emc design, analog simulation, components selection, constraint design, interface design, review and pcb layout etc.
参与系统互连设计，独立完成电子设计和开发，包括原理图设计，生成元器件清单，emc设计，模拟仿真，元器件选择，布局布线约束设计支持和检查等，以保证高质量产品的按期交付
2. build circuit test plan and set up test environment to verify circuit design
构建电路测试计划并完成测试环境搭建
3. independently accomplish technical document and report according to the requirements of project development
依据项目开发需要，独立完成技术文档和报告
4. interact with development team to ensure a high quality design for product
能够融入开发团队并确保高质量的产品设计
5. fully understand essentials of development process and contribute to process improvement
充分理解研发流程，并能为流程改进做出贡献
招聘条件：
1、bachelor degree or above
本科以上学历
2.more than 3 years automotive electronic product design experiences, good knowledge of automotive electronics standard
具有三年以上的汽车电子产品设计经验,熟悉汽车电子相关标准
3.experienced in automotive product design and emc troubleshooting with rich knowledge in emc design theory, reliability, safety , thermal analysis, electronic components technology
精通汽车产品设计，emc问题分析和解决，在emc设计理论，可靠性，安规，热分析，电子器件技术方面有丰富的知识
4、strong capability in english reading and writing as well as english speaking
在英语读写和口语方面有较强的能力
5、experienced in multi-layer pcb layout
有多层电路板设计能力者优先
6、experienced in product-line support
具有生产线支持的经验者优先
