JD:
-Production line troubleshooting, support production line on tachnical issue, ensure production running with good quality and high efficientcy. Escalate long term open issue and critical quality issue to team leader.
-Optimize process parameter for continously improvement on SMT KPI (OEE / LB / NCC1 / DPMO / Reject Rate / Rework Rate…)
-Contribute Jishuken workshop result with other function (Maintenance/Quality/Production/CBS)
-Problem solving systematically, use quality tools and method (DOE/5 why/5W1H/4M1E...)
-Cooperate with machine supplier to improve machine utilization and quality figure;
-New product design check for PCBA, all SMT related programming and debugging, support project safe launch. Technical specification preparation for equipment and tooling. Engineering change implementation and confirmation from SMT side;
-Introduce new equipment, process and materials to SMT line;
-Training to production line and new process engineer for SMT documentation and knowledge;
-Support NPL for Visit and line capacity calculation, Support QMPP for Quality Issue, Support LQA for Quality CI; Feedback for CEP Tech,NET communication;
-Support CEP for MES Implementation;
-Support CEP for One Line One Operator project;
-Support to achieve CEP target (OEE / LB / TEEP / DPMO)
JR:
-Bachelor degree in electronic or mechanical engineering preferred
-Above 5 years working experience as Technician in Mechanical or Electronic engineering.
-Or more than 3 years working experience of SMT process or maintenance Junior engineer.
-Having a certain programming software foundation
-Basic project management experience, Advanced SMT process or maintenance.
