1.2 Join System CIP workshops and activities to identify improvement potentials (Kaizen) and support value stream team in deriving and defining improvement projects (focus: method) -参加系统持续改善研讨会以及相关的改善活动，识别潜在改善点（持续改进），协助价值流团队找出并定义改善项目（侧重于方法）
1.3 Support and define the internal standard for consumption control and (pull) levelling -支持消耗控制和（拉动）均衡并定义内部的相关标准
2、General VSE work in SEG Cc 常规VSE工作
2.1 Coordinate the development and implementation (or roll out) of new and upgraded VSE related standards plant wide under occasional supervision and guiding of the VSE HoD(e.g. 5s, SMC, Ship to line, Time windows etc) -在VSE部门经理领导和指引的情况下发展、执行（或推广）VSE相关的工厂级别新标准和升级标准（如5s，日常管理信息板，直接上线和时间窗口等）
2.2 Organize workshops for VSE topics (moderation up to HoD level involvement) -组织与VSE相关的Workshop（在HoD或以下级别参与的研讨会中担任主持）
2.3 Support and define the internal standard for the I4.0 projects (E-SMC, TQS, Andon etc.)支持工厂工业4.0项目(E-SMC, TQS, Andon 等)并定义内部的相关标准
2.4 Support the department manager for other CIP activities -协助部门经理推进其它改善类的活动
2.5 Lead and improve whole plant associate suggestion system – 主导并改善工厂的员工建议系统
3、Training and Coaching of the organization: 培训和指导组织内部成员：
3.1 Coaching of value stream team member up to the value stream manager for basic VSE principles and elements such as PDCA, A3, PSS, 8D, 5S, standardized work, System-CIP and Point CIP CIP -指导价值流经理以及价值流团队运用基本的VSE原则以及元素，如PDCA, A3, PSS, 8D, 5S，标准化作业，系统持续改进和点持续改进
3.2 Trainer for selected VSE trainings; e.g. Working According to Standards, VSE Basics -相关VSE培训的培训师，如：按标准工作，VSE基础培训
3.3 Coordinate and improve TQS training center and related training - 协调和改善TQS培训中心以及相关培训
4、Conduct assessments and process confirmation: 进行VSE评审和流程确认:
4.1 Join VSE maturity assessments as co-assessor and explain assessment methodology to value stream team -担任VSE评审的协助评审员，并且负责将评审方法讲解给价值流团队
4.2 Conduct 5S assessments in the direct as well as indirect areas based on standardized work -根据标准作业在生产区域和办公区域进行5S评审
4.3 Organize and conduct layered process confirmation, scheduled as well as random, and communicate deviations with the responsible org. unit –组织和推行分层过程确认，并且将发现的偏差与相关部门交流
4.4 Join Gemba walks, shopfloor walks and regular meetings (morning meeting, levelling meeting, …) to represent VSE aspects -代表VSE参加Gemba walks， shopfloor walks 以及相关的定期会议（早会，均衡会议等）
